Service Policies
Appointment Scheduling
- Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by calling our studio.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email & text will be sent once your appointment is booked. The address is sent to your email 24hrs prior to your appointment time. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your service. Please contact me when you are downstairs as my apartment number is not on the email, you must contact me for it.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.
- I am home based and located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (11211).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur you must pay a new deposit for a new appointment.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and blocked from booking again.
Hygiene and Preparation
- Cleanliness: For the comfort and safety of all clients, please arrive freshly showered and clean for your appointment.
- Preparation: Avoid using lotions, oils, or other products on the area to be treated before your appointment. Exfoliate the night before.

We offer a range of organic feminine care products, including:
- Vaginal Care Products: Formulated to maintain and improve feminine hygiene, health, and comfort.
Product Use
- Patch Test: We recommend conducting a patch test before using any new product to ensure there are no adverse reactions.
- Instructions: Follow the instructions provided with each product for best results.
No Refund Policy
Services
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any of our services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Products
- Final Sale: All sales of our organic feminine care products are final. Due to the personal nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement.

- COVID-19 Precautions: Please follow any current COVID-19 guidelines and reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell or have been exposed to the virus.
